The children are 100% Hispanic and live in the farm/migrant workers’ trailer parks and low income housing; a very low economic region of the Eastern Riverside County.
The Supplemental Lunch Program for children in the C.V. Unified School District provides additional food for lunches when schools are not in session during the school year.
